MEng – Engineering Entrepreneurship and Innovation / MTech – Entrepreneurship and Innovation Course Selection form

1. For the following program requirements, please select all courses that you are intending to take for your program, including courses that you have not yet enrolled in on Mosaic.
2. At the end of the course selection, you should have selected courses adding up to 30 units.
3. Once you select your desired course, the terms that the selected course is projected to be available will appear under the heading “Term to be taken”.
• If you are unsure about courses in the future, the current course timetable can be used as a guide for when each course will be offered in the academic year.
  However, please note that we cannot guarantee that a course will be offered each year. Please estimate the term that you will be taking that course.
4. Complete the form as though you will not be taking co-op.
• Projects and co-ops are optional parts of the program and not guaranteed, therefore please do not take them into consideration when selecting your courses for this form.

Important: There are no breaks in the programs. Please enroll in every term. Do not skip terms.

Students in the MEEI program must complete five mandatory 3-unit courses.

Students may apply a maximum of two 600-level courses toward their program requirements.

When enrolling for your courses in the MEEI/MTEI program, it has been suggested that students enroll in most of the core courses at the beginning of the program and concurrently in the terms you are completing your project courses.

Please note: Courses are subject ot change and these plans do not include the option of co-op. Co-op is optional and not mandatory. Students cannot enroll in courses for any terms in September 2026 onward until mid-June 2026.

As noted in the MEEI/MTEI Course Registration email, it is strongly recommended that graduate students enroll in the the 700 level course option when given the choice. Please note that SEP 6PM3 is only offered in the Fall and Winter terms.

In addition, MEEI students are required to take 2 mandatory 3-unit project courses:

Co-op is an optional part of the program. It is not mandatory.

Units associated with the Co-op “courses” do not count towards your 30-unit program requirements.

Please note:

1. If you are taking a project, you cannot go on co-op until after the project is completed.
2. You must hold one course back to complete after the co-op. You must return to your studies for one term after co-op as a student only. You cannot complete your studies and your co-op at the same time.
