Campus-Wide Fall Campus Fair Event Size: 2000 | September 18, 2025 | 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. | McMaster University The Campus Career Fair is one of the largest career events on McMaster University’s campus. This is your opportunity to connect with McMaster University students across all faculties. Students will be actively seeking employment for full-time, co-op, part-time and internship positions. Registration will open in early June.

Connect to Careers – Career Fair Event Size: 2000 | March 2026 | Hamilton Convention Centre Connect to Careers is the best way to find and recruit new talent — presented in partnership by McMaster University; Mohawk College; Redeemer University; Workforce Planning Hamilton; and Economic Development, City of Hamilton.

Event Size: 30-120 | Fall 2025/Winter 2026 | Day For two hours, set up a booth in the engineering building lobby. Have former co-op students, HR staff and managers available to answer students’ questions about your company. Our team will contact you to discuss potential dates and format of the event.

Event size: 100-150| Fall 2025| Timing TBD | This event offers attendees a unique chance to hear from leading nuclear experts who will share their career journeys and provide insights into the exciting, evolving nuclear industry. After the panel, you’ll have the chance to network with students actively looking for co-op and new graduate positions. As an employer, you have an opportunity to share your insights as a panelist or provide a company booth to recruit students. Don’t miss this opportunity to get a head start in a field that’s powering the future!

Event Size: 200 | Thursday, October 2, 2025 | 5:30pm – 8:30pm | Cost for this event is yet to be determined | Meet and network with young women in engineering. This is not only an opportunity to help in the professional development of young women engineers, but also a great recruitment event for students seeking co-op or full-time employment. Bring your best and brightest McMaster Engineering Alumni along to provide mentorship to young women engineers.

ONWiE Summit 2025 Event Size: 150-300 | Mid November  2025 | The Summit of the Ontario Network of Women in Engineering will be hosted in mid November 2025. Employers can participate in the conference through attending, sponsoring and presenting on a variety of topics such as recruitment, co-op and internship programs, hiring for diversity, and community outreach initiatives. Event Size: 250 | Winter 2026 | 7:00pm – 9:00pm | Over the years, McMaster Engineering has hosted an alumni/student mentorship evening, where distinguished alumni reconnect with McMaster engineering students. Alumni will share their experiences about academics, study skills, day-to-day issues, career planning, networking and professional development. They were students once too; this is a great way to give back to the McMaster engineering community and support student success.

Event size: 30 – 60 | Fall 2025/Winter 2026 | Timing Flexible | A Technical Interview Workshop for students interested in co-op/careers in software development; covering what to expect in the coding/technical interview, how to prepare for a coding/technical interview, and how to be successful.
