The Fireball Fair

Punctuality & Presence
– I will arrive on time and remain present for the full duration of the event of 2:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. (4 hours).
– My booth will be set up with materials by the start time of the event (2:30 p.m.)

Transaction Management
– I am responsible for managing my own sales, including handling payments, providing receipts (if applicable), and ensuring secure payment methods.

Compliance with Guidelines
– I will follow all event guidelines and instructions provided by the organizers, including setup and teardown procedures, booth layout, and safety protocols.

Appropriate Offerings
– All products and services I offer must be appropriate for a university campus setting. Items must not be offensive, discriminatory, or in violation of university policies.

Food Sales
– If selling food items, I will comply with all applicable health and safety regulations and have a accurate list of all ingredients on hand for guest inquires.

Cleanliness & Waste Management
– I will maintain a clean booth area and dispose of waste properly. I will leave my space in the same condition as I found it.

Professional Conduct
– I will treat all attendees, fellow vendors, and organizers with respect and professionalism throughout the event.

Liability Waiver
– I understand that the event organizers and the university are not responsible for any loss, theft or damage to my property or products during the event.

Media Consent
– I understand that photos and/or videos may be taken during the Fireball Fair for promotional and marketing purposes. By participating in the event, I grant the event organizers and McMaster University the right to use my image, booth setup, and any media captured during the event in print and digital materials, including social media, websites, and future event promotions.

Notice of Cancellation
– If I am unable to attend, I will notify the organizers at least 10 business days in advance to allow for any vendors on the waitlist to be notified of an open space.
– No-shows may affect future participation eligibility.
