Request centre staff support for your event
Planning a student-led event? The Centre for Career Growth and Experience is here to help!
This form is used to request Centre staff to attend and support your event in a specific capacity, whether that’s delivering a presentation, facilitating a workshop, participating in a panel, hosting a networking activity, or setting up a booth.
Please submit your request at least three weeks before your event to allow for effective planning. All requests will be reviewed, and responses will be provided within 5 business days . Commitments will be made based on staff availability and capacity.

Submit your workshop request at least 3 weeks prior to your scheduled event date. We do our best to accommodate every request; however, support cannot be guaranteed and is dependent on staff availability.
Please note: Our busiest times are September, October, November, January, and February. We still encourage you to submit requests during this time, but please be aware that there may be limited availability. The more advanced notice that is provided, the more likely we can accommodate the request.
To ensure event success, please consider the following:
- Ensure a minimum of 15 – 20 students will be in attendance.
- Provide accurate and up to date details about the event and request
- Provide appropriate technology for facilitation either online or in person
- Book suitable space (for in-person events as applicable)
Provide a point-person for day-of support (both in-person and online events)
- Appropriate technology for online delivery (if required and requested)
- Professionally crafted and delivered presentation tailored to your audience.
- Trained subject-matter expert(s) will deliver the session and address questions from your group.
- Recording of session to be available to all attendees after the workshop.
