Partner, Director Development at Crozier: Consulting Engineers

Brittany joined Crozier in 2013 after completing her undergrad degree in Engineering and Management at McMaster University. Now as Professional Engineer, Partner and Director, Development, she is a key leader in land development projects based out of our Collingwood office.

She works closely with multi-disciplinary teams of both internal and external consultants to provide design solutions for a range of private land development projects. Showing superior organizational skills and building on experience from various departments, Brittany now has a portfolio containing some of our biggest and most active land development clients. She is proficient in managing large-scale developments including Master Planned communities and Greenfield Secondary Plan implementation work.

Brittany works with clients from the initial zoning stages through detailed design and completion. She is well versed with Municipal Class Environmental Assessments and dealing with multi-tier regulation agencies to secure approvals.

Brittany has a strong voice for our company and is always eager to chase new opportunities and initiatives that come her way. She is very involved in university outreach programs, specifically for Women in Engineering, and works closely with our co-op program in the Collingwood office.

Brittany’s involvement extends beyond the office, as she currently serves as the past president of the Georgian Triangle Development Institute (GTDI). GTDI is a vital organization that represents the interests of local development businesses and advocates for the growth and development of South Georgian Bay.

Senior Director, Finance, Business Services

Strategic leader who excels at driving large scale business transformation. Leader of specialized teams, focused on creating a new future for organizations via process excellence methodologies and the implementation of new strategies.

Her career journey encompasses 8 years of impactful Management Consulting, fortified by 4 years as a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and close to a decade of steering teams toward orchestrating intricate transformations.

Director, Strategic Initiatives and Change Delivery, at CIBC

Gaby Bohus is a leader with over a decade of experience in the financial services industry. She holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering and Management from McMaster University and an MBA from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto.

Gaby is currently the Director of Strategic Initiatives and Change Delivery at CIBC, where she drives large-scale transformation initiatives and enterprise strategies. Over her 10+ years at CIBC, she has held diverse roles spanning Digital Strategy, Talent Acquisition, Early Talent Strategy, Sports Sponsorship and Strategic Initiatives. 

Known for her curiosity and drive, Gaby thrives on complex challenges and is always looking for new ways to think differently, collaborate boldly and deliver meaningful impact. Gaby lives in Toronto with her husband, 2 kids and her dog. 

Senior Vice President, Chief Transition Officer

Michelle George is Senior Vice President and Chief Transition Officer, responsible for driving organizational change and initiatives that enable growth, position the company to capture new opportunities and ensure we continue to add value to our customers and stakeholders. She works closely with senior leadership and across businesses to streamline business processes, enhance competitiveness and sustain high performance in service of Enbridge’s mission to be the first choice for energy delivery in North America and beyond.

Prior to this role, Michelle served as Vice President, New Energy Technologies, enabling our energy transition opportunities and building on the company’s early investments in RNG, hydrogen and carbon capture, utilization and sequestration (CCUS), as well as other low carbon technologies. Michelle has been with Enbridge for over 25 years and has previously held various leadership roles in engineering, integrity, asset management, projects and operations.

Michelle was elected as a Fellow into the Canadian Academy of Engineering in 2022 and was named one of Canada’s Most Powerful Women: Top 100 by the Women’s Executive Network in 2019. She is a Professional Engineer and holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering and Management degree from McMaster University.

Chief Supply Chain Officer at Staples Canada

Paul works at Staples Canada, where he leads a team responsible for the end-to-end supply chain, supporting sales across 300 retail stores and both B2B and B2C e-commerce channels. The Staples supply chain reaches 92% of Canadians with next-day delivery, supported by a network of fulfillment centres and coast-to-coast last-mile delivery.

Paul joined Staples in 2022, bringing over 20 years of experience in the consumer goods, medical devices, pharmaceutical and telecommunications industries. He has held leadership roles in supply chain and sales at Procter & Gamble and led Johnson & Johnson’s multi-sector B2B supply chain in Canada. At Rogers Communications, Paul served as VP of Supply Chain, overseeing distribution, transportation and operations for the store network, direct-to-consumer wireless/connected home and network operations.

Paul holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering and Management (E&M) from McMaster University. He is a member of the Industrial Advisory Council for the McMaster E&M program, serves on the Supply Chain Program Advisory Council for the Chang School at TMU and is a Board Member of the North York Aquatic Club.

Paul is known for his strategic thinking, engaging leadership style and his ability to lead transformational change.  He lives in Toronto with his wife and three daughters.

Engineer, Project Manager at Tatham Engineering

Jacob Lamb is a Civil Engineering and Management graduate from McMaster University (Class of 2019). With a strong foundation in both technical engineering and business principles, Jacob brings a well-rounded perspective to infrastructure design and project delivery.

After six years of professional growth and development at WSP Canada, Jacob has recently transitioned to a new role as Engineer, Project Manager at Tatham Engineering. Throughout his career, he has contributed to a wide range of complex, multidisciplinary projects, with a focus on collaboration, innovation and sustainable design.

Jacob is passionate about delivering practical, impactful solutions and continues to grow as a leader in the engineering field. 

Board Chair, Burlington Hydro

Susan Kilburn is currently Chief Operating Officer at LightPoint Financial Technology. She has over 25 years of leadership experience. Her roles have spanned many industries, with a focus on process optimization, business/IT alignment and large-scale business transformation. Prior to joining LightPoint, Susan was working as an independent consultant, providing executive guidance to organizations on complex change management initiatives. Other roles that Susan has held include Vice President, Solution Management at Rogers Communications and Vice President, IT Engagement Services at Symcor. Susan currently serves as Vice-Chair on the Burlington Hydro Board of Directors and Chair of their Governance and Risk Committee.

Susan graduated from Engineering Physics & Management in 1992. She lives in Burlington with her husband Mike and their son Damon.

Senior Vice President of Software Engineering, Providius Corp

Jackson Wiegman is the Senior Vice President of Engineering and co-founder of Providius Corp, a bootstrapped, Hamilton-based software company specializing in high-performance observability and cybersecurity tools for complex media networks. Under his technical leadership, Providius has grown from a startup into a trusted partner to global broadcasters and Fortune 500 companies. 

Before founding Providius, Jackson served in the Canadian Forces Reserves as a Master Corporal and Signal Operator. He also worked in the broadcast technology sector, where he developed a strong reputation for technical expertise and leadership.

Jackson holds a degree in Engineering Physics & Management from McMaster University, where he received the President’s Award from the McMaster Engineering Society for outstanding contributions to student leadership and campus life. He currently lives in Etobicoke with his family.

Business Development Manager @ Siemens

Jordan is a highly motivated electrical engineer currently serving as a Business Development Manager at Siemens Canada Limited. With over 10 years of experience in the electrical industry, Jordan has a diverse background that includes sales, project management, and consulting roles. His expertise spans several key focus areas, including power transmission and distribution, electric vehicle charging, manufacturing, and data centers.

In recent years, Jordan has actively participated in several technical subcommittees with the Canadian Standards Association (CSA). He is a licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) with Professional Engineers Ontario and graduated with distinction from the Engineering and Management program at McMaster University.

Jordan resides in Hamilton, Ontario, with his family.

CEO, Deeplite

Nick Romano is a seasoned CEO, board director, and enterprise technology leader with over 20 years of experience scaling high-growth SaaS, software, and deep tech companies. He is recognized for his strategic vision, innovation, and results-driven leadership, having co-founded and led multiple ventures including Deeplite Inc. (acquired by STMicroelectronics), Messagepoint Inc., and Prinova Technologies. Nick currently advises software companies through 3Fours, teaches AI at McMaster University, and serves on several boards and advisory councils. Honoured as a McMaster University Top 150 Distinguished Engineering Alumnus, he brings deep expertise in corporate governance, go-to-market strategy, AI commercialization, and M&A.

CEO, Datec Coating Corporation and Managing Partner, Trellis Capital Corp.

As Managing Partner at the Toronto-based venture capital company, Trellis Capital, Dominic provides hands-on operational support to portfolio companies. He is currently CEO of Datec Coating Corporation, a material technologies company. Under his leadership, Datec has grown from the pre-commercial stage to have a strong roster of blue-chip customers.

Dominic has extensive board experience and is currently a Director on the Board of several companies including Datec, Volante Systems, iS5 Communications, Teraspan, and the Hamilton Innovation Factory.

Previously, Dominic was Investment Director at BDC Venture Capital and General Manager of GE Industrial Systems Canada.  He has also taught venture capital at the Michael G. DeGroote School of Business.

Dominic is a graduate of McMaster Mechanical Engineering & Management (’92) and holds a Master of Business Administration from The Schulich School of Business.

Senior Manager Programs and Portfolio, L3Harris Technologies

Declan has enjoyed a long career in the aerospace and defense industry. His roles have included leadership in engineering, operations, program management and business development. These roles have been both at early and late stage start-ups as well as a Tier 1 organization. Declan currently works at L3Harris Wescam with a focus on business growth both domestically and internationally through localization, partnerships and joint ventures.

Recognized as a dynamic team leader with a proven track record of creating innovative business solutions, Adam has more than 15 years of product management experience and leading large teams to growth in the loyalty, insurance, and financial services industries.

Adam is currently the Associate Vice President of Insurance & Services at Canadian Tire Bank and a Sessional Instructor of innovation and marketing at McMaster University.

Adam has a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering & Management degree (2008), and a Master of Business Administration (2017) degree from McMaster University.
