A range of perspectives leads to better insights and innovation. McMaster Engineering is striving toward making our community more diverse and inclusive.

  • Making progress toward gender parity

    Our faculty has consistently exceeded the 40% mark of incoming students identifying as women for several years. According to a 2023 report from Engineering Deans Canada, McMaster ranks second in Canada for the proportion of women enrolled in undergraduate engineering programs.
