Overview

Hoda Kamel joined the W Booth School of Engineering Practice and Technology as an Assistant Professor in July 2021, teaching a variety of Bachelor of Technology Program (BTech) courses in both the 4-year program and Degree Completion program. Prior to this, Hoda was a Sessional Faculty since 2014.  She taught Professional Workplace Practices, Entrepreneurship, Fundamentals of Marketing and Human Resources courses for the BTech 4-year undergraduate program.

Hoda has developed and taught various management courses in the undergraduate and Degree Completion Program including Fundamentals of Marketing, Human Resources, and Management Principles.

Before and during her time as Sessional Faculty in McMaster University, Hoda owned a Training and Development company after a career of over 15 years as a Product Manager and Marketing professional in various High-Tech companies.

Hoda is a member of Professional Engineers Ontario and is also a True Colors® Elite Certified Facilitator with a decade of experience running development workshops and corporate training and teambuilding events.
