Writing op/eds for newspapers and articles for The Conversation can be effective, accessible ways for researchers to share their work with a non-academic audience.
Join Wade Hemsworth, public relations manager in McMaster’s Communications and Public Affairs office and former Spectator journalist as he virtually walks you through the op/ed process: what makes a good topic, elements of an effective op/ed and what supports the central communications team can offer.
