All cancellations must be made at least 21 days prior to the start of the registered week of camp.

There is a $25.00 administration fee that will be applied for ANY cancellation. No refunds in the event of a university closure. Refunds to credit cards may take up to 60 days to appear.

 Please note after a kit is mailed we cannot issue refunds  (for virtual camps)

There is no fee for transferring to a different week, providing there is space.
