Describe McMaster Engineering in one word:
Cool

What advice would you share to a prospective student? Be open minded. Your curiosity is your greatest ally, explore it, and then you may find what you love. Also, sleep is nice to have.

How have you immersed yourself in the extra-curricular life and what has been your favourite aspect being involved? I have worked with the McMaster Engineering Outreach Team for some time, this is where I have met some truly amazing people. I have attended the Global Engineering Deans Council Conference in my 2nd year as a student ambassador, where BIG IDEAS were brought to light. I created an android/iOS app for the FIRST Robotics Competition hosted at McMaster University in an effort to reach out to young talented minds. My favourite aspect of being involved is getting to meet new people, many I now call good friends.

What's something special and fun we should know about you? I once ignited a camp fire with a magnifying glass, and flipped over in a canoe in the middle of the lake; it was pretty cool. I also learned that you can capture a screen shot on windows 10 using "Windows Key" + "Shift" + "s", useful to say the least.
