Congratulations to Dr. Peter Mascher who has been elected as ECS FellowOctober 20, 2016

Dr. Peter Mascher has been elected as a Fellow of the Electrochemical Society in the Class of 2016.

Founded in 1902, the mission of The Electrochemical Society is to advance theory and practice at the forefront of electrochemical and solid state science and technology, and allied subjects. To encourage research, discussion, critical assessment, and dissemination of knowledge in these fields, the Society holds meetings, publishes scientific papers, fosters training and education of scientists and engineers, and cooperates with other organizations to promote science and technology in the public interest.

The Fellow of The Electrochemical Society was established in 1989 for advanced individual technological contributions in the field of electrochemical and solid-state science and technology; and active membership and involvement in the affairs of The Electrochemical Society. Each year, ECS inducts a maximum of fifteen distinguished members to hold the title of Fellow.
