Course Cost: $1,999 up to April 1st, $2,250 after April 1st

Cancellation Policy:  Before April 19 100% menus 10% service charges -  After April 19: refund 50%. There will be no refunds after May 1, 2019.
Registration is not official until the registration fee has been paid.
