I’m in love with the engagement and the determination from the students! If I’m looking to hire, what a great place to start!"

Any advice for students looking for a co-op right now?

"Relationships. Relationships. Relationships. Relationships. Relationships. Relationships. Relationships. Relationships. I think that’s the key. When establishing strong relationships, all it really takes is a simple email, simple message on LinkedIn. It doesn’t have to be talking to someone for an entire year or anything, it could be a quick call introducing yourself. I’d rather hire someone I’ve spoken to for at least 10 minutes over just a resume."

Victoria Zajdel - Program Manager for Technology and Digital, Campus Recruitment
