Heavy-Construction Chair Update

Private-sector pledges toward establishing a new endowed chair in heavy-construction in the Department of Civil Engineering at McMaster are nearing the $1-million goal thanks to contributions from Labourers' International Union of North America (Hamilton Local 837) and Battlefield Equipment Rental.  Establishment of the chair and funding drive are being led by the Hamilton and District Heavy Construction Association.
