1. If you would like to pay by credit card please submit the online ring replacement request.

   If you would like to pay by cheque please print off the ring replacement form and Fax to (905) 546-5492.

   Come to the office (JHE A201D) anytime between 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
2. Acceptable payment in Canadian funds, cash, Visa/Mastercard/Amex or cheque (made payable to "Kipling").
3. Please do not email credit card information.
4. Replacement cost is $30.00.
