New Engineering Talent

The services we provide at the Engineering Co-op and Career Services (ECCS) allow your organization to tap into a pool of highly qualified McMaster University engineering students. We assist with all aspects of the Co-op process and also help to get your corporate "face" in front of hundreds of potential employees.

All of our services are free, and there is no obligation to hire if you post with us. We maintain contact with you and the student during the work term and the required paperwork is minimal.

Work Terms:

The Engineering Co-op program has flexible start dates and work term lengths, depending upon student year and program. See below:

May - 4 months

Year 1-4 (B.Eng/B.Tech)
May – 12/16 months Year 3/4 or 4/5 (B.Eng)
September - 8/ 12 mos. Year 3/4 or 4/5 (B.Eng)
January - 12 months Year 3/4 or 4/5 & final year students (B.Eng)
January - 8 months Year 3 (B.Tech)
