Proceedings

The Conference Proceedings are available in hard copy at a cost of $75.00 + GST (Canadian tax) = $80.25 each, or on cd at a cost of $32.70 + GST (Canadian tax) = $35.00 each. Payment can be made by cheque in Canadian funds, payable to "McMaster University" and sent to the address below. Copies will be mailed through Canada Post, please allow 4 to 6 weeks for delivery. Courier service is available for an additional cost of $15.00.
